Operator notes
bin/walter-onprem upgrade now resolves to 0.1.11 for existing 0.1.x installs
No database migration step or bundle refresh is required for this release
Existing installs that already set LLM_MODEL_* or LLM_EMBEDDING_MODEL keep those values; installs relying on Walter defaults should review the new Fireworks defaults and set explicit model IDs when using another provider
