Walter On-Prem 0.1.12

Highlights

• Promote 0.1.12 to the current stable Walter On-Prem release
• Fix the distribution image build so Walter's on-prem install guide context compiles cleanly in Docker-based release builds
• Make the Docker-backed on-prem smoke test runnable on macOS hosts that still ship Bash 3

Operator notes

• bin/walter-onprem upgrade now resolves to 0.1.12 for existing 0.1.x installs
• No database migration step or bundle refresh is required for this release
• 0.1.12 supersedes the failed 0.1.11 image publish; operators should install or upgrade to 0.1.12 instead of pinning 0.1.11
